It is impeccably balanced with a long, satisfying finish.
Aromas:
Grinding - when you grind this bean you get smells of a light milk chocolate
Brewing - as this brews the light milk chocolate intensifies and smells more like homemade hot chocolate with cinnamon sticks
Drinking - the milk chocolate smell is still there, but as you drink it the caramelized sugar and slight orange zest start to come forward with a little baker's chocolate taste. As it cools off there is more of a citrus zing along with a touch of that original milk chocolate mixed with baker's chocolate. A good drink for a cold and/or rainy day!
